- contact vendors/landlords on the day of instruction
- carry out the assessment within 2 days of instruction (subject to the convenience of the vendor/landlord)
- collect keys for empty properties and return them on the same day to ensure that no viewing opportunities are lost
- Lodge and email EPCs within 1 day of the assessment and on the same day wherever possible
- provide flexible billing arrangements to suit our individual clients' requirements
